Secular music, anything wrong with it?

I find myself enjoying secular music more and more and I think it could become a problem if it is already not one. I had been raised in a strict christian home where secular music was never played, even if you like that Daddy Lumba song you’d feel bad after enjoying it. As I have grown up and now have control over my choices I have allowed some secular music into life but that sense of guilt has not gone away, unfortunately. In private I play and dance to secular artists sometimes right after listening to gospel songs. I am afraid I am being drawn deeper into that world and these days I find most gospel songs plain boring. I am liking a certain type of experimental music that a lot of gospel songs have not been composed for. I know music is powerful and it shapes us in ways we may not be aware of. I don’t like the lyrics to most of the music I enjoy, but much of gospel now too is too boring to me. Simply I’m starting to like music I shouldn’t but what I should like to is too boring. What should I do? Is anything wrong with secular music anyway?
