My workplace is corrupt, what do I do?

Guys I’m struggling with a workplace issue. I work in one of Ghana’s government authorities where there is some form of institutional corruption. My unit specially collects money for the authority and I am very well aware of some of the unscrupulous practices my unit heads engage in. I have decided not to play an active part in their questionable activities. I try to turn a blind eye to what they do, the problem shows up for me when they make all of their collections available for the entire unit to share. I decided that I would not spend any of that money so I give all of that out in donations. The issue for me is that I know the consequences of refusing to take the money, it would result in me losing my job or even worse. In spite of that I always feel guilty when I take the money even though I am starting to feel less so. I have been praying to God for a new job which has not yet come through. What do I do in the meantime?

This matter is delicate. I wish they issued receipts for these things. That way he or she may keep the money and return it when leaving. In reality, I’d say quitting is the best option but one must survive.
